Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

DigiPro Media is currently using SharpSpring for the purpose of lead qualification and lead tracking, upselling / cross-selling and sales cycle optimization, and customer relationship management.

This software is currently being used across multiple business units by our sales and marketing teams, as well as by our support teams.

SharpSpring has allowed us to streamline our sales process by filtering out unqualified leads using their highly effective lead scoring technology and persona building tool. This software has also greatly increased the effectiveness of our marketing efforts through its comprehensive marketing automation tools.
  • Customer Support: the Sharp Spring support team has been fantastic about answering any and all questions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Marketing Automation: Our team has been very satisfied with marketing automation and action group tools. These tools have made creating effective marketing campaigns extremely easy.
  • Lead Scoring: This software has saved our sales team significant time by effectively and accurately scoring our potential leads, allowing us to engage with only the highest quality potential customers.
  • The email builder tool could be more intuitive. Sharp Spring support has effectively assisted us at navigating any shortcomings with the email builder tool and I am confident that with new releases and bug fixes this tool will be made more intuitive.
  • SharpSpring has allowed us to vastly improve the effectiveness of our marketing and sales efforts, thus generating a great ROI for our business.
  • Through integration with other in-house software, SharpSpring has allowed us to automate many other processes and interactions with customers saving us valuable time and employee resources.
In terms of functionality, SharpSpring and Active campaign are very similar; However, our company chose to make the switch to SharpSpring because of its very affordable price point, the quality of the product, and the unmatched quality of the SharpSpring support staff.
