Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is being used to coordinate our marketing and sales efforts. We use it as a mechanism to grow our organization. It helps place all of our growth efforts under a single roof. The sales CRM helps us track, measure, and qualify leads and the marketing side helps us nurture potential clients.
  • CRM is easy to use and understand.
  • The visual workflows allow you to automate processes and reminders.
  • Opportunities helps us keep track of all our current leads.
  • The site has run slowly on one or two occasions.
  • There could be better Wordpress integration.
  • Our sales efforts have improved dramatically since we've used it, and the monthly fee is a small price compared to the additional value SharpSpring provides.
HubSpot Sales only allowed for lead tracking. SharpSpring provides better integration between sales and marketing, and that's exactly what we were looking for.
This platform would be best suited to a small to medium-size business that's trying to grow through both marketing and sales. Large corporations may turn to more expensive platforms, but for companies under 500 employees, I feel it would be a good fit.
