Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use Sharpspring as a way of following up and keeping track of leads. We also use it occasionally for current customer followup—a great system of keeping track of new and current clients, who have followed up with them, when they were contacting, and potential services they may need to be followed upon.

Our company has had other products in the past, but SharpSpring is my first interaction. I think it's worked out nicely!
We had some issues with setting up users, but support is responsive and eager to help out. Overall, good customer support so if we ever do have issues we know that someone is there to resolve it. Being able to track and see when our potential/current customers have opened our mail has helped improve our communications which is something we needed.
