Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring across the whole organization as a sales support system, marketing automation system and a CRM system. SharpSpring makes it easy to deal with today's customer and also attract new customers to inbound marketing. Our employees love the system and could not do without. Our day is completely changed for the better after we started using SharpSpring.

Pros

Cons

  • SharpSpring does not support Norwegian languages.
  • 2x turnover in 2 years.
SharpSpring stacks up because of prize, functions, and usability. They are almost as good as Hubspot but cost a fraction. Their great onboarding program was also an important factor. Finally, it was essential that SharpSpring has a good and open API so we can connect it to our other system for optimization.
We use SharpSpring as a CRM system. Combining CRM, marketing automation and the sales system in one software gives us an advantage when we compete for new customers. We also use it when we nurture our leads. Our sales department loves that they no longer have to work with cold leads. Everyone we call has heard of us.
