Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We're a marketing automation company and use SharpSpring for all our clients, to set up funnels, email automations and build an inbound marketing strategy. Many of our clients don't have a strategy in place and don't capture all the leads available to them through forms and chatbots, and we help them with them

  • A less cluttered UI, it can be difficult to get used to
  • Faster loading
  • Easier to navigate. Being able to go backwards in the browser and keep all the settings.
  • It has helped us to get where we are
  • It has helped us grow our company and business
  • It has helped us get more clients
SharpSpring has more powerful features, although Mautic is slightly easier to use. But if you really want to get the most out of inbound marketing and connect both the marketing department and the sales department to it, SharpSpring is a must. That's one of the strongest sides of it compared to other software, the ability to follow through, from lead to closed deal.

For an overall inbound marketing strategy, it's very powerful and connects the marketing department to the sales department. The automations are specifically very powerful where you have a lot of options for triggers, filters and actions. You also have delayed action and the possibility of setting actions in advance, for example before a specific date.
