We're a marketing automation company and use SharpSpring for all our clients, to set up funnels, email automations and build an inbound marketing strategy. Many of our clients don't have a strategy in place and don't capture all the leads available to them through forms and chatbots, and we help them with them

SharpSpring has more powerful features, although Mautic is slightly easier to use. But if you really want to get the most out of inbound marketing and connect both the marketing department and the sales department to it, SharpSpring is a must. That's one of the strongest sides of it compared to other software, the ability to follow through, from lead to closed deal.
