Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
All of our employees use SharpSpring right now. We use it for CRM management, marketing automation, content creation, social media, and are branching into using even more of its capabilities soon.
- It's very easy to keep track of everything a lead has done, in one place (opened emails, clicks, forms filled out, etc). Makes analyzing your customers simple!
- Workflows and action groups make everything from simple tasks to complex projects much easier for you, saving you tons of time.
- SharpSpring's customer support is unmatched. Whether I've submitted support tickets or used the instant chat feature, I am always met with friendly, helpful, and timely assistance from SharpSpring employees.
- I'm still fairly new to SharpSpring, so I haven't run into any big problems yet.
- We've seen past customers purchase from us again after our thorough marketing efforts through SharpSpring.
Before SharpSpring, we were juggling a lot of different platforms. We had data and customer information across Zoho, Mailchimp, Radario, and more. We've found that SharpSpring has not only made us more organized, but it's been able to streamline a lot of our marketing campaigns because everything is in one place! Furthermore, while it maybe took a little bit of time to get used to the platform, once I got enough practice under my belt, I feel that SharpSpring is easier to use and more straightforward than other platforms.
