Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We have implemented SharpSpring to help our sales and marketing teams – we don't have a lot of manpower, so the time savings is very beneficial! SharpSpring ensures timely followup and messaging that's always on-brand. Additionally, it's helping us understand much earlier which prospects have the most potential and are worth the extra effort.
  • Relevant messaging – workflows and automations ensure message recipients receive versions of the communication that are tailored for their interest.
  • Great emails – lots of flexibility in sending emails and keeping a record of each recipient's response to the email.
  • Easy to build automations.
  • SharpSpring forms are a little limited, although they do integrate with other forms.
  • Elements of the system aren't intuitive, but the documentation is pretty robust so you're usually able to find an answer.
  • The client billing is weird. There are workarounds, but typically I don't have my software subscriptions bill clients directly.
  • More leads – the number of online leads that we've received has doubled.
  • Increased dependable monthly revenue.
SharpSpring is a much more robust platform than Insightly. It offers a lot more features and has them all integrated so that they're working together.
SharpSpring is great if you're looking for ways to take your website and online marketing experience to the next level. It's particularly useful in a sales-oriented environment, but maybe not as helpful with industries that aren't specifically trying to sell something.

Honestly, I have been blown away by SharpSpring's support. I submitted a trouble ticket and expected to have to go back and forth with someone to get my issue resolved. To my surprise, they understood my situation and were able to implement a fix immediately. Everything was up and running as originally envisioned within two hours.

No - We do not pay extra for support because up to this point we haven't felt like we've needed to. Their team has always been very responsive to any questions we've had or issues we've run into.
One time I was having an issue creating a trigger for a specific form response. My custom field answers would populate as options, but it wouldn't allow me to select the one I needed. I reached out to support and within an hour or two they had resolved the issue for me.
