Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring for both CRM and Marketing purposes. We also conduct digital marketing campaigns and support mainly marketing and sales. I like that the software can serve two purposes such as digital marketing, lead scoring and sales funnel management. I have used other software however like how intuitive the software platform is when using SharpSpring.
- It is very good at tracking lead activities so one can see the history of where contacts go on our website
- It is a very organized CRM that flows and is easy to understand
- The software benefits are great as it services multiple needs such as marketing and CRM solutions
- I would like a way in which one could book mark a contact as favorites
- It would also be nice to have sent email added not just left a voice mail or contacted or no answer
- Maybe have a little more color graphs when it comes to the anayltics
- The return on investment has been good. The software cover most all our needs
- It is really nice that this software services multiple needs for CRM and digital marketing purposes

SharpSpring stacks up nicely among the others. I have used separate platforms for either CRM or Marketing and really like the fact that you have all software needs on one platform. The value seems much better than the rest. It keeps our marketing and sales team very organized and that helps with time management
