Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We are using Sharpspring in house for our own marketing and as an Agency and reseller to other companies. We have few clients, part of them are operating SharpSpring in-house, for others we are outsourced agency. We love ShaprSpring as there is no need for using other marketing software. Even remarketing campaigns are managed from SharpSpring.
  • Robust automation system, that I didn't see in any marketing automation solution
  • Handy and flexible lead scoring modul, that can be use to score marketing leads
  • Many kind of list segmentation, filtering, tagging and using them dynamic setup
  • Life of the lead is useful view where you can see one leads behavior history
  • SharpSpring can offer more good looking landing page templates
  • SharpSpring can offer more good looking email templates
  • SharpSpring can offer more functionality in social posting module
  • As there are many marketing modules in the system we don't have to use other software, so overall costs are less
  • As everything is operating smoothly preparing marketing campaigns is fast process
  • As it has robust automation capabilities we can do more with less effort
SharpSpring has in some way more features than the top 5 solutions, but it's way easier to use, not to mention the price. SharpSpring is almost a tenth of the price and is a monthly-based payment solution. Every other star destroyer promisess a lot of features but you need to have doctoral degree to use them. Other solution is to always pay providers support/consulting.

Although SharpSpring can offer more good-looking templates (landing and email) and add some more feature in social media module it is more important that it can serve an agency needs almost 100%. We don't use any other marketing software and are teaching our clients to simplify what they can. That way they can manage more with less effort.
