Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

We use Skilljar Customer Education Software for hosting and administering our customer facing University. I find it to be an easy to use, robust LMS that makes administering a learning portal or University a no-brainer. It works with multiple formats including SCORM, all kinds of video files, PDFs and others. It also offers a solution for registering and organizing all of your live training.

  • Combining live and on-demand content
  • Analytics and dashboards
  • Customizing the look and feel of the learning portal
  • Making the dashboard more intuitive to use
Once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straightforward. In my opinion, the dashboard could be improved in terms of the location of features and the navigation of the menus.
I've always had a very good experience with Skilljar support.

Yes

Skilljar will get you up and running with a learning portal very quickly. If you want your portal to look highly customized, you will need help from their PS team, or you will need a web developer to help build out the learning portal the way you want it.
