Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

I use Smartlook on our website to see how the page visitors behave when they read an article. We constantly update our web design and Smartlook has helped us identify the parts that need improvement when it comes to the overall user experience. For example, you might think that changing the color of a button might not be a big deal, but with Smartlook you can clearly see if a user taps it or just hovers over it cause they don't see it. It's quite a great tool!

It's a really helpful tool that saves you time and money as you basically use your own users or page visitors like your own focus testing group. Then you can act quickly upon your findings delivering a better product for everyone in the end. We use Smartlook on a daily basis and we love it.
The setup is easy and so user-friendly that you don't need to do all that much coding in the first place. Follow the instructions and you'll set it up right away and start seeing and learning how the users are reacting to your new design, feature, flow, etc. Very impressed by the usability.

It is perfect when you want to test a new idea, design, flow, whatever that might be. It makes it easy to identify all of the issues that might be caused later down the line as you can see what the user does, where they click, where they don't, etc.
