Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

We use Smartlook to analyse user behaviours as well as for finding bugs.
  • Screen recording.
  • Event tracking.
  • Screen playback.
  • React-native screen recording.
  • Having mobile & desktop projects under a single organisation.
  • Massively enhanced the capability to find issues during user testing.
  • We aren't live yet, so ROI is hard to measure besides user testing.
We had imemdiate feedback and training around any problems we've experienced so far.
Super easy to use tool, unless you're tracking web and mobile apps.
