Overall Satisfaction with SMTP2GO

Utilized to submit emails to clients through our corporate software. Without SMTP2GO we were experiencing issues with relay overloads. SMTP2GO resolved those issues. We now have Microsoft 365 email which addresses the relay issue, but due to the integrity of the SMTP2GO system, we have elected to keep utilizing the service indefinitely.

After having problems with our corporate software and our email service provider, our industry corporate software provider recommended SMTP2GO as a solution for our corporate software outbound emails. When we signed up with SMTP2GO and set up the account and assigned the outbound email and password to our software, the problem was resolved immediately. We have not tried any other solution as this service is cost-effective for our needs.

We were experiencing a 250 relay cap for outbound emails from our email service provider. Using industry software for our corporate systems, we needed a reliable method for outbound emails with up to 500 relays per submission. Once we put SMTP2GO in place, we were able to use our software properly with the one-click method to submit those.
