As a npm, SolarWinds NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA) is the first step in vast majority of troubleshooting cases. It provides a simple view of all traffic passed via your network devices as well as analytics (top talkers and etc.). Very useful for understanding of network circuits utilization in key points of an infrastructure.

Solarwinds support team is well organized and educated. I got a resolution for all my opened cases. The only drawback I can mention is long response time. Additionally to the official TAC, Solarwinds has a good expert community where is possible to ask any questions and find a lot of answers.
