Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Spiff is used to track our Account Executive Commissions. It is customizable but has some flaws. The reporting features need to continue to be built out, as we have to Frankenstein multiple reports together to get a holistic view, but I believe that is on their road map. The user interface looks nice, so I believe that our users enjoy using it.

If you have to track commissions based on a set plan (not a plan that varies with many exceptions) Spiff will work well. Spiff does allow for adjustments, but ideally, your plan doesn't have many exceptions.
