Love using Spiff!
Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
We use Spiff on the Sales team to keep track of the metrics and commission we will be receiving for the quarter. I love using Spiff because it helps me to stay organized with my opportunities and finances.
Pros
- Keeps me organized
- Tracks my opportunities/commission
- Allows me to see where my opportunities stand at that time
Cons
- I find Spiff to be extremely user friendly, I don't think there is anything that needs to be improved there
- I find that sometimes I have won't be able to access my data, so knowing who to contact would be helpful
- It would be helpful to know the after tax number
- I have only used Spiff for 6 months, and it has been helpful for me
- I haven't heard anyone on my team complain about Spiff, we all enjoy using it
- Using spiff has helped me to stay motivated and productive as it is helpful to see the numbers
Having increased visibility through Spiff has helped me to stay organized, motivated, and trust that my hard work is paying off
