Overall Satisfaction with Spiff
I use it to see what sales I have done for the week and what cash has been collected.
It is somewhat time consuming to try to figure out what is being collected. Sometimes the customer names are used, and other times it is order numbers. I wish that part was better. Overall I like to have to see what to expect each pay period.

- I would like it if the advance payout showed customer name; it's hard to figure out who it is for
- In the advance logs it is hard to figure out some of the details it is relaying
- I would like to have past year info that I could compare to todays

75% confident which is on the high end. Since the areas I need explanation fall under Tuff Shed Umbrella, I am not sure if the software can assist in that area. Which is in regards to returns, refunds, customer contested amounts on CC that negatively impact commissions but are harder to figure out what was collected returned and once resolved was given back.
