Overall Satisfaction with Spiff

Sales performance calculation is being measured through Spiff. Sales people with the help of this platform can keep a tab on their performance on regular basis and also they can keep an eye on the incentive / compensation that they may expect towards the end of the quarter. It’s a very transparent way of commission calculation.

This is a wonderful tool to see the real time performance of the executives. Also the data can be verified with other CRM tools in the organisation.
Month wise performance tracking is very simple and transparent with the hep of this tool. Each rep can keep an eye on the performance.
The compensation process is more simplified and transparent wherein we can now have a look at all the accounts that have been created along with the value that has been added to the funnel.
Moreover, overall trust has been increased that all the sales incentive calculations are correct and accurate.

Well suited to see the performance executive wise on regular basis. Also the team lead can see the amount of incentive /commission the team members will be receiving.
Correct data related to the number of accounts that have been added to the salesforce in a particular month or quarter can be seen.
