Overall Satisfaction with Square 9 Softworks
We utilize Square 9 Softworks for a multitude of business operations and functions. Document management is a key priority and this software allows us to organize, archive, and approve many different documents as well as create important workflows for our different processes. It has also helped us digitally archive all of our documents. We used to keep many file cabinets of 1000's of printed pages, but now we can rely on Square 9 Softworks to house it all for us.

- Interface can be a bit glitchy at times
- Due for a modernized look
- The ability to edit our own workflows would be helpful
- Allowed us to increase efficiency for invoicing and approvals
- Workflow has been key for its implementation
- Keeps us from printing as much as in the past
Again, the workflow process is key to how we utilize this software. We also appreciate the document storage and retention capabilities, as it has cut down on other internal costs and office expenses.
We only looked at and ultimately chose Square 9 Softworks as our solution.
