Stampli Integration with NetSuite is Great!
Overall Satisfaction with Stampli
We use Stampli to process all invoices and credit memos into our ERP. It matches things very well and integrates with very little issues. The time consuming check printing problem is now out of our hands! This is a huge plus allowing staff to move onto other more important tasks. We recently added DirectPay. This add on has allowed us to improve our AP processing time and the Option of ACH payments to our vendors is a huge plus! No more delayed USPS mail wait times or missing checks to replace!

- Matches Vendor records and only allows you proceed with a PO if it matches perfectly.
- Direct Pay options for check processing and ACH to vendors
- If a linked invoice has a small change the flow downstream will fail
- Allowing users to reset their password in the profile instead of at login
- Improving sync time would be a plus
- decreases manual process - balances out the benefit to cost ratio in automation vs employee time
- ACH payments allow for elimination of lost checks research and reprocessing
- Vendor portal connection putt he tools in their hands to research any status they may need instead of internal employee time to research and provide

We did not, did not see the need.
When first setting up the Direct Pay. Many limits needed to be set for transactions. Having never used it, our initial thoughts were a stab at what those might be. Many settings needed updating each week for while until we dialed this process in. The support for each change was fast, and exceptional!
