Overall Satisfaction with Symantec Endpoint Protection

We use Symantec endpoint protection to protect over 3,000 endpoints including Windows and MAC [devices] in our corporate environment to defend against viruses and malware.
  • Good at protecting the operating system.
  • Great at keeping up to date on the latest threats.
  • Works well with all types of hardware.
  • Very stable.
  • Would like to see custom configurable dashboards.
  • Like to be able to submit zero day viruses on the fly.
  • Like to see faster scanning with full scans.
  • ISSO Compliant
  • Definition updates available every 15 minutes
  • Out performs outher antivirus
  • Does everything they do and more.
  • Technical support is at an expert level.
  • Customer service is like no other.
  • They even have Symantec Gold to help educate users and give rewards to their members.
In my personal opinion, Symantec is the most solid and thought-out endpoint protection that is available today. Even though there are other platforms at a lower cost, you get what you pay for.
