Overall Satisfaction with Tableau Online

We have started to use this software to better report business analytical data that we need to make decisions in the business. It is being used by different departments in the company. It also helps with data visualization. We have better access to the data that we need to make the decisions we need to make.
  • Data Visualization.
  • Drill down into the data.
  • Data exporting.
  • You need to be decently technical to make reports.
  • The average user can view reports but not create them.
  • It would be nice if the user could look at different views without needing to publish so many different reports.
It is the best software I have seen in the data analytics/visualization space. But you do need to have technical people on staff to make it work. It is not something that an Excel power-user can just pick up and use without a learning curve so it is important to have the right people to leverage the software.
