Overall Satisfaction with Tableau Online

Tableau was being used as a front-end dashboard within my team. It was connected with the database which showed daily sales figures. I built several dashboards for the team, which helped the team answer complex business questions such as daily sales, YoY trends, etc. As of now, it was being used only in my team but was planning to execute and deliver across the organization.
  • Tableau has a clean layout and is super friendly in creating custom dashboards.
  • The option to create custom formulas using calculated fields is really helpful.
  • It is super easy to connect Tableau with a data source.
  • Sometimes it becomes a little difficult to handle null values, but that may be just user case scenario.
  • More options to represent data should be provided.
  • Tableau Online does not provide me with an option to sort out with top function. Again, that maybe just user case scenario.
  • Tableau is super user friendly which enhances engagement among users.
  • Tableau helped my team tackle data-related issues and answer with complex statistical solutions.
  • The dashboard I created for the team helped even those with little to no background knowledge of Tableau.
Tableau provides more robust system to perform data analytics as compared to the alternatives like Power BI and Qlik. Moreover, Tableaus is super simple to use and is very reliable in terms of its connection with databases. The ability to manipulate data is another big reason why I prefer Tableau over its alternatives.

The ability to manipulate data is another one big reason why I prefer Tableau over its alternatives. There are more options to visualize data on Tableau, which makes it very user-friendly. Overall, from my experience, Tableau gives the best service and features to gather, manipulate and visualize data.
My experience with Tableau support has been really amazing. Tableau has tons of FAQs and resources on its online support website. It helped me multiple times to just go over the website, find what I am looking for and get the answer to my questions. That's why I give full marks to Tableau Support.
Tableau is a great tool for data analytics and data visualization. I have worked with multiple companies and all of them have used Tableau Online for their dashboard. One thing that particularly suited me is how user friendly it is, even for someone who does not have much interaction with Tableau on a day to day basis. I highly recommend Tableau.
