Overall Satisfaction with TaxJar
Within our e-commerce company, we used TaxJar to calculate, collect and track all sales tax on products being sold. We referenced their reports when filing sales tax docs for the state and also had them do it on our behalf. It was used across the entire company for this purpose and saved us lots of time in an area we had little expertise in.
- Knowing the sales tax laws for each state
- Calculating sales tax on a transaction at checkout
- Recording history of sales tax
- Filing sales tax data with the state on your behalf
- Setting up auto-filing was a bit confusing and could be streamlined
- Positive ROI because it allowed us to focus on growing the business and not on taxes
- Affordable pricing made it an easy ROI decision
