We utilize TeamViewer to be able to remote into all staff computers as well as remote into servers. It allows for remote repairs as well as remote access.
- Allows remote control of device including rebooting to safe mode
- Chat feature and file transfer from controller to host
- Console allows organization with groups and custom naming to even include user name input
- Mass import into “My Computers” list from CSV or other files
- Not have chat windows appear on all computers where signed in
- Less clunky screen for file transfer
- Saved me many trips to buildings
- Quickly cleared up confusion by seeing user screen
