Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer

We utilize TeamViewer to be able to remote into all staff computers as well as remote into servers. It allows for remote repairs as well as remote access.

Pros

  • Allows remote control of device including rebooting to safe mode
  • Chat feature and file transfer from controller to host
  • Console allows organization with groups and custom naming to even include user name input

Cons

  • Mass import into “My Computers” list from CSV or other files
  • Not have chat windows appear on all computers where signed in
  • Less clunky screen for file transfer
  • Saved me many trips to buildings
  • Quickly cleared up confusion by seeing user screen
Extremely well suited for small company looking to do remote repair.
