Overall Satisfaction with TOPdesk

Topdesk is used across the whole organization, including the shops.

What business problems does it address? Changes, problems and incidents and configuration management.
  • The standard modules are complete and work fine.
  • Support is excellent.
  • Easy to use.
  • The form designer is too basic.
  • The possibility to extend fields are limited.
  • Events and Actions are working fine but full rich text is missing in the emails.
  • High level of customer satisfaction

Topdesk is very easy to use and configurable.
Well suited for service mangement.
Less appropriate for a CRM.
