Overall Satisfaction with Totango

Salesforce and our own web app
We use it for data analytics and partially as a CRM. The whole customer success department uses it, as it integrates with our web app and we can pull specific information.

  • Helps me analyze the health of my customers
  • Doesn't allow me to see the last time I contacted an account
We use totango because prosperworks doesn't have the data side.
  • Well suited for data analytics.
  • Horribly suited for CRM.
