Overall Satisfaction with Totango

Salesforce and our own web app
We use it for data analytics and partially as a CRM. The whole customer success department uses it, as it integrates with our web app and we can pull specific information.

We use different health metrics for different segments. I pull reports weekly from totango to analyze customer health against our other metrics.
We use totango because prosperworks doesn't have the data side.
