Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud
We use JetBlue primarily in the Public Relations / Corporate Communications department. While we are the primary users, it is also used with marketing and promotions departments. Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* allows us to easily monitor and report on media coverage, reach, and the impact of our public campaigns.

- Ease of use - the platform is very user friendly and responsive. Across devices the experience is consistent and simply put, it works.
- Robust features - the features and available data to report on are definitely a huge plus. You can get very specific in the types of media you want to monitor and specific searches you want to build. It is very simple to build a broad search or a super specific search to monitor.
- Customer support - bar none, it is some of the best support I have experienced. Whether we need help building a search or using a feature, I would describe the support as friendly, knowledgeable and white glove. They go above and beyond to the point where some times they feel like another member of our PR team.
- Ad Value - the biggest drawback is the ambiguity of ad equivalency. While this is a feature that is very frustrating, it goes without saying that this is not an exclusive issue to Cision, it is industry-wide.
- Cision PR Software
Cision (pre-TrendKite acquisition)* is definitely the so called leader in the PR reporting and monitoring space, but their extremely difficult to use platform and lack of support (and high cost) makes Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* a much more viable option. Ease of use is a major factor in who clients choose and I think that is why we chose Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)*.
