Overall Satisfaction with Cision Communications Cloud

Cision Communications Cloud (TrendKite)* is being used across the PR agency. A majority of our clients use the service, but not all. Most teams use the service to track competitive coverage and SOV, in addition to key messages.
  • Boolean is easy
  • Customer service is good and the chat feature is super helpful
  • Grp
  • Graphs look nice
  • Picking up articles more than once when it's the same content
  • When it picks up press releases and I've clicked the feature for it not to
  • Sometimes it's slow to load when I make edits to the graphs on the dashboards and I have to refresh the entire page
Cision Communications Cloud* is more intuitive than Critical Mention. I think Zignal and Cision were fairly similar...
Cision is great for SOV and key messages. We use these graphs in monthly/quarterly measurement decks for board members and executives. Not so great for day-to-day, quick coverage scanning.

Love the chat feature! Super helpful and quick. I think these reps are super knowledgeable as well.
