Overall Satisfaction with Triblio
Triblio is being used by our small and lean marketing team of 3. I am in the dashboard the most, while my 2 other colleagues use it on occasion to monitor our ABM strategies. It helps us target key accounts, and also gives us the intent data we need to add contacts/accounts to our ABM efforts.

Our rep is very helpful, and the customer service is unmatched. You certainly wouldn't get similar customer service at a larger ABM platform. Everyone I have spoken to has been helpful and friendly. I like that they do monthly webinars and trainings for their users as well.
Recently we wanted to test out the overlay features but we had some branding requirements that the platform did not support. One of their technical representatives basically built us the overlay in code to accommodate our needs.

It is well suited for an organization with small bandwidth but a need to amp up ABM efforts. It is much more manageable than competitors like Demandbase, and is a good way to get your feet wet with ABM. The dashboard and UI is easy-to-use, which puts us at ease with our small marketing team of 3.
