Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Absolutely seamless set up and integration when we began a new account.
Compared to other platforms, the web based portal is very intuitive and easy to use.
It is used by my company for its complete PEO services; Payroll, Health Insurance and elective benefits selection and management.
  • Makes the benefit selection process for both employees and employers simple, especially during the open enrollment period with the ample data made available for selection purposes.
  • Payroll management functions have been made very easy and additionally, mitigates repetitive work for salary through automatic payroll processing.
  • Their client support structure is very helpful. The proactive client management and outreach offering services gives a level of comfort to the person managing the PEO services in our organization.
  • Taxation guidance for smaller businesses.
  • Salary and distribution guidance for employee owned firms.
  • Better or additional services in its employee/member discounts offering page.
  • Payroll accuracy

  • Lower cost of benefits
It is less appropriate for firms with less than 3 employees unless health benefits are of a large importance. In those situations, the lower costs per employee for health insurance are very helpful.
