Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers

While looking for a solution to help us translate our website into different languages for different locales we were considering a number of tools amongst which Transifex was included. A team of 5 was tasked with evaluating the practical aspects of the tool and 2 others who would compare the cost of each tool. It took about a month to be able to test all options out and decide to go with Transifex.

The amount of reviews available on Trustradius and the fact that the reviews came from vetted and verified users. Also the fact that there were reviews for the majority of the software we were looking to compare making it easier and a one-stop-shop for our needs of insight. Last but not least the amount of detail in each review.

The user interface and how easy or hard a product is to use. Since we look to implement in short timeframes and without need to dedicate a ton of resources to the effort.
It saves a ton of time in knowing what other users found as advantage and disadvantage of a specific software and this saved time from our team making the decision on which program to enrol in. The fact that the reviewers are verified also swayed our decision since these reviews have more validity than just an open space on Google or other forums.
