Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Buyers
I've been using TrustRadius for Buyers as part of my annual benchmark process to update the information I have about the platforms I currently use if they have new characteristics. If there are new competitors or some new features, I should consider them before renewing my products. There's always essential to have a trustworthy source of information in one place to get this task done. Not all the people that work with me know they can use TrustRadius for Buyers, so it's important to share it as the source of information to them, so they can discover it by themselves.

- When you start searching for a product by its name, you receive a category listing that could be skipped and show you the product first.
- When you see comparisons, maybe they should show how the other products are sorted.
- In the competitors, maybe it could help to see a quadrant for price, technology, characteristics, and ease of use.

- The no technical team can use TrustRadius for Buyersto research on their own, like the finance team.
- Community reviews help to have trustworthy recommendations from other experts and different points of view.
I've been using Gartner Magic Quadrant because the dimensions are very clear and easy to use to compare new software.
Experience, as the product has been used in a demo environment, could be helpful. This process is very important to the vendor's attention.
TrustRadius for Buyers is a more robust platform to compare software products against G2 for instance, because it's more focused on the final user that will make the buying decision.
