Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We use TrustRadius to collect unbiased user reviews, customer feedback and intent data. The platform allows us to gauge the pulse of customers in real-time and gather intent data to drive our marketing campaigns. We have used the reviews and feedback to make tangible changes in how we communicate, enhance and release products. TrustRadius enables us to drive pre-sales and post-sales efforts.
  • Ability to embed customer reviews on our website, landing pages etc.
  • Ability to collect usable quotes from the TrustQuote module
  • Capture advocates for our customer reference program
  • It would be nice to create slides automatically from TrueQuote module that can be inserted in customer-facing presentation
  • Ability to create a short (one-pager) customer case study directly from the tool
  • Ability to create social cards that can be leveraged on social media
  • We doubled the traffic to targeted landing page by integrating reviews from TrustRadius
We do use various vendors in the customer review space simultaneously. We needed to augment our Voice of Customer program and TrustRadius provided services that were different from other vendors. We really leverage the TrustQuotes, Reference Candidate and intent data capabilities. We felt these were the differentiators.
We have increased our customer quotes by 5x and traffic to the targeted webpage 2x.
We used the custom questions to collect feedback on products, support, billing, training and other aspects of our customer-facing interactions. We have gotten amazing actionable insights. We are able to understand the strengths and weaknesses which is very important.
TrustRadius is a great platform to gather unbiased customer sentiments. The platform is easy to use and the customer success manager (CSM) will work with you to help get the best out of the platform and your investment. Our CSM, Merrell, is great. He is integral part of success that we are having with the platform.
