Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We syndicate ratings and reviews and provide a repository of customer quotes for sellers. We also plan to use it to test registration uplift on landing pages. It helps us provide objective and credible customer feedback to visitors of our web site, and will soon allow us to determine the types of prospects and customers that visit us after having read reviews on the TrustRadius site. We use it in customer advocacy, marketing, and sales.

- TrustRadius provides quality reviews for software and hardware and provides coverage across different segments/customer sizes and geographies.
- Simplified way for customized APIs to drive different syndication use cases.
- Simplify product hierarchies for easier navigation.

We have used G2 Crowd, which has a lot more user traffic, and does offer competitive grids, which are helpful, but TR's quality of reviews is superior. We have also used IT Central Station.
TrustRadius has provided great quality reviews, with lots of great meat and details about our solutions and services. Custom questions have worked well also.
