Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

Our firm uses QuickBooks Online and TSheets integrates beautifully. We use it to track time spent on our clients' projects. It saves time with respect to recording and processing timesheets, as well as making preparation of invoices related to that work much easier. It is easy to use "on the go" with the mobile app and it's nice to be able to see who is working on what at any given time during the day.

  • I would like to see the ability to pause a timeclock so that another can be started, which will allow you to go back to that project you were working on just by restarting the clock.
  • My ROI has been HUGE because TSheets has saved me so much time over my old method. I'm always on the go and I can keep up with my time and activities with ease. It has reduced my stress level and saved me time.
  • TSheets keeps staff accountable and, as the owner, even I use TSheets in order to hold myself accountable.
Anytime you want to keep track of when your employees are working, TSheets should be considered. Their product is always being improved upon, which is really nice. They have great customer service - you can get detailed assistance at lightening speed. For example, when Kaitlin helped me today, she picked up the phone on the first ring! I felt like I was talking to a teammate and not someone in a data support center. It was obvious she enjoyed her work and was enthusiastic about helping me.
