Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

My client (a non-profit organization with 9 employees) utilizes TSheets for their time tracking as a whole. TSheets allows my client to track time based on different job classes, which provides easier reporting in QuickBooks.
  • The program is extremely user-friendly when it comes to time entering, and tracking time as well.
  • TSheets has the ease of importing information into QuickBooks or other software such as ADP, or Kiosk.
  • It is easy to input and edit settings of authorization for each manager.
  • I would recommend creating a setting where managers and/or administrators can approve PTO requests.
I have not used any other time tracking systems for any of my clients. TSheets by far seems to have everything that an organization would need for their employees to track their time easily.
PTO balances in particular are super easy to adjust. Rather than toggling between pulling up each employee individually to update the balances, an Excel spreadsheet can be exported and imported into TSheets--making it a much quicker and easier process!
