Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

We use it to automate repeat activities across organization. There are certain tasks that require us to consolidate data from different applications and report that into an excel sheet. Automating this has helped reduce FTA.
This is being used by a select few departments currently.
We are also in the process of assisting our customers in implementation of UIPath RPA for their automation needs. Supporting parsing of invoices, purchase orders and automating entry into SAP is one of our objective.
  • Enabling automation on remote environment
  • Consolidation of data across applications
  • Automated screen entry
  • Parsing of documents like pdfs (Currently, features provided are very limited to enable parsing of different formats)
  • No support for flash
  • Passing parameters across workflows is confusing
  • Reduced FTA
  • Increase in accuracy of data entry
  • Negative: Attempt to automate certain processes which change very dynamically
Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere
It is well suited to automate well defined repeatable tasks. It works great on citrix and other image based remote desktop applications. However, there is scope of improvement in recording features of the tool. Parsing of documents needs to be worked on to add flexibility. Recent AI vision is a welcome feature.
