Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

Currently, UiPath is being used by the Corporate office and some of the Business Units. Apart from the hardcoded benefits that RPA brings to the table like saving revenue, time and error-free processes, I believe UiPath has built a great environment among the employees by providing efficient RPA solutions. Also, enabling employees to work on what they feel challenged on, rather than doing the mundane monotonous tasks.
  • User-friendly interface. It is very easy to get UiPath expert. The only mantra is getting your hands dirty and you will be a guru of it in no time.
  • I believe UiPath Academy is well organized to get you started with the RPA.
  • ReFramework was a bit confusing at first for me, but once I got my feet dirty in there and it's pretty useful in there.
  • Excel Addins disappears while I use Excel application scope, but it works fine if I use start process/job. It would be great if this issue gets resolved.

UiPath is very well suited for automating the monotonous manual task. Also, the UiPath community and the slack channel is very responsive and you get the response quickly. Not to forget the newly introduced UiPath go platform this year, which is a repository of solutions, snippets and custom activities. Scenarios which needs user inputs to complete the task might be a bit difficult with UiPath. Also integrating AI is not in the current capability, but is being introduced in Q3. Thus will have to play around with that to say anything about it.
