Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

I'm using UiPath on a customer-oriented project. RPA is applied in many sides of operation: Document classification using Google OCR and a "robotic" classificator based on keywords, processes based on Salesforce, SAP and many other customer portals. UiPath obtain good result also using free OCR as Google OCR. The results are between 40 and 60% on scanned documents.

Pros

  • Interaction on Citrix environments.
  • Easy approach on it.
  • Powerful!

Cons

  • XAML stability (many errors when copy-paste is used for a block of activity).
  • A free powerful OCR.
  • Negative: free OCR limit for our processes.
  • Positive: All.
Fast and Smart. Very good support. Easily create stable and scalable robots. The real strength for many applications is the proprietary framework that, through transactions, allows you to create your own cycles to allow robots to remain active in all situations. The orchestrator allows you to easily manage queue-based applications. Intuitive all configurations.

Well suited: stable environment, sequential (and not) processes on any type of applications. UiPath is easy to use, intuitive and thanks to the structure formed by sequences and flowcharts. Excellent queue management, especially thanks to the ReFrameWork.
Less: There are some difficulties in interfacing with java-based applications in many cases. Some bugs in some types of operations.
