Overall Satisfaction with UiPath Enterprise RPA Platform

We are using UiPath Enterprise in our company to build and develop Robotic Process Automation Solutions within the organization as well as for other organizations. We have our own Robotic Process Automation Team and our team members build and develop solutions using this product. We are mainly automating Accounts Payable processes and data entry processes in organizations. We also use this tool in corp-orated with machine learning to automate processes with unstructured data.
  • Automating data entry processes
  • Automating repetitive tasks with no change.
  • OCR text based reading from files
  • Automating processes that run on virtual environments
  • It would be good if they can provide functions to automate unstructured data.
  • When dealing with some web APIS such as dialogflow. Even though there's a package in Uipath for dialogflow, it does not say how we can use to package to connect to the web api. If they can provide us with a good manual that would be good..
  • Developers need a good activity to read ms word files. Current MS Word reading activity has many flows.
  • It has certainty saved a lot of time for companies.
  • It has improved the productivity.

  • It has made tasks more reliable.
WorkFusion only allows users to use its recording tool to automate processes. Also, it lacks the depth that UiPath has when tackling complex robotic process automation problems. Also, Workfusion is sequence-based, so it can not be used to automate processes where there are a lot of conditions to be met. Also, UiPath offers more functionality and support than Workfusion.
The reason to give this rating is that UiPath provides 24/7 customer support for its users. Also, it has provided us with a great forum where there are so many experienced developers to answer your problems. Also, Uipath arranges webinars every month to explain their new features and also to help their users to tackle their problems.

UiPath Enterprise platform is well suited for data entry processes. If you have repetitive tasks to read data from Excel or PDF files and enter them into a database you can use UiPath to automate that task easily.
If you have tasks that are prone to change and are not repetitive, then you can automate these tasks.
