Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

We use it for time cards, employee notifications, benefits and onboarding.
  • Time off requests.
  • Unit calendars
  • Accumulated time.
  • Posting internal employee information.
  • Tracking employee training has been nice. State sends a reminder as well so sometimes they have finished the training before the UKG reminder comes.
Just like anything it takes people time to figure out where everything is.

There are nice features but some of the functionality and ease of use could be worked upon for the administrative side.
