Overall Satisfaction with UKG Ready

Daily use within payroll, ATS tracking, document management. Creating workflows to automate different onboarding processes. Needing more of a flow with onboarding, since the custom forms seem to be a little difficult to put together. Support has a wide range of topics in the community, but response time to specific tickets isn't super fast.

Ease of use in some areas, lots of support in the community. Some steep learning curves when it comes to implementing new onboarding profiles, and specific forms needed for your organization. Other tabs or information needed for employee profiles is very customizable and intuitive which brings up the ease of access and use.
Increased productivity by having an easy way to maintain employee records and documents. Reduced large amount of paper files that were being printed and then scanned in to specific employee profiles. Reduced time needed during new employee onboarding by having direct checklists needed that could be completed online during their first day.

Yes

I see UKG as super useful in managing the talent pipeline through the applicant tracking system. Easy to view applications and review information needed to continue the hiring process. In the organization, it's well used for employee document gathering, payroll, and scheduling/PTO information for each employee. Has not been helpful with performance reviews.
