Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use it across the organization for time a attendance and employee self-service. Leaders use it to view information on their team. HR and Payroll use it extensively.
Pros
- Ulti University provides thorough training.
- UltiPro consultants who support open cases are diligent and provide excellent follow up and follow through.
- Ultimate provides timely updates.
Cons
- Current Recruitment product is not user friendly - mobile optimization.
- Work at home team members receive incorrect state tax form because they are linked to our corporate office as there is not an office in the state the remote team member works in.
- Having an 800# for general questions would be helpful vs. having to open up a case for the "simpler" questions.
- Ceridian,ADP Resource
I do like UltiPro better than both products I've used in the past. It is really a plus that all of the modules "talk" to each other seamlessly.
