Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

I haven't had to use support thus far. However, the emails I receive from UltiPro, as well as the Ulti University page have been very helpful in learning more about the product without having to contact customer support.
UltiPro is being used across the whole organization. As a merged organization, we transitioned to UltiPro from two separate versions of ADP. Using UltiPro has given us a unified HRIS and payroll system that we lacked previously. It also gives our organization a place to handle and manage performance reviews.
  • Searchability - find information quickly by searching by name, title, department, etc.
  • Ease of use - very intuitive platform.
  • Dashboard - great quick glance at what you can do.
  • I would love to be able to search and sort by Start Date when looking up employees in HRIS.

Very helpful and thorough. My instructors gave breaks as necessary and I learned a lot.
From what I've seen, UltiPro is best suited to a large organization. I'm sure there are more parsed down features that can be used for smaller companies, but the product we use is so vast that I think it could be over-kill for a tiny company.
