Wej use UP for recruiting, hr, payroll, performance management.
- Payroll is so easy and fast.
- HR is easy to use and gives our employees access to their information 24/7.
- UP brings the company together.
- We love 360 performance reviews.
- Recruiting needs to be part of the main package. It is not as easy to use and you have duplicate input for both recruiting and onboarding
- Onboarding needs to be part of the main package.
- It is confusing working with tax for payroll and tax for tax filing. There should only be one area to input tax numbers.
