Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Our account manager is very good.
UltiPro is used by our entire organization - 725 employees. We use Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation Management and Open Enrollment as well as payroll.
  • Ease of use.
  • Good customer support
  • Listens to customers regarding upgrades.
  • When I just have a question, I would like to call someone; not have to open a case.
  • More help with payroll audit.
  • Online training
Not interactive.
We are white collar, with a M-F workforce, so it works well for us. I would imagine it would be more challenging for a very flexible workforce with no set hours.
