Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We utilize UltiPro for core HR, payroll, UTM and recruiting.
  • UltiPro has been instrumental in helping us post our requisitions, manage our employees' PTO requests as well as assist with all government reporting.
  • Performance Management (PM) should have more options like being able to direct the routing of PMs from the managers as well as allowing for better flow. Also the look and feel of P's are cumbersome.
  • Time savings
Not yet, UltiPro Benefits is cumbersome; tying Benefits to deduction codes is very difficult to manage.
UltiPro is great for managing small companies with simple rules and setup. I did not choose UltiPro but I do believe it is a great platform for our size company.
UltiPro is best for small and midsize companies.

UltiPro Support

UltiPro is expanding quickly and the support is not there. The training is too short and the Account Managers are not as knowledgeable as they should be.

Relationship with Ultimate Software

The Customer Service Team is not as knowledgeable or responsive as the implementation team.
