Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Our organization uses UltiPro company-wide. The self-service portion is amazing. Our employees find it easy to use and enjoy being in control of their personal information. UltiPro reporting is spectacular! UltiPro is a tool we use to address business problems before they can start.
  • UltiPro's Customer Success Team is the best I've ever dealt with in my career. When I have a need or issue, I feel as if it is just important to them as it is to me.
  • UltiPro is one of the few HRIS Systems that allows you the user to access all your data. You are in charge instead of having to wait for a rep to give you your own information. I love that I can go into the system and do anything I need to, without needing to go through the software reps.
  • I really feel empowered by all of UltiPro's training documents. If I have a question, I don't need to call anyone or wait for a rep to reach out to me. I can search my question on the Customer Success Portal, and it pulls up lots of great solutions!
  • I'm not the best at creating reports. UltiPro has an amazing report writing tool, but I need to make time to learn it
  • Costs savings
  • Time savings
  • Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
  • Security and peace of mind
The time savings are definitely measurable and we have achieved that outcome.
Hands down UltiPro is the best HRIS system around. With ADP, half the time you need a rep to give you your data. I can't imagine why an organization would pay for a vendor to not release your own data! Good ADP reps are few and far between. I spent a majority of my time with them trying to find a responsive and educated Account Manager ugh!
UltiPro frees up so much time for the human resources department to work on important projects. The self-service portal, along with recruiting and onboarding is a huge time saver. The share ideas section is incredible. Actual UltiPro users go in and recommend things they'd like to change or things to be offered. Each year UltiPro seems to implement everything its users are asking for.

Relationship with Ultimate Software

Ultimate Software provides their customers with an Executive Relationship Manager. The ERM notifies us of new updates and modules rolling out for UltiPro. Right there in itself shows that Ultimate does not drop you after they make a sale. Ultimate Software customers and employees are truly a community in its self. I've never in my career used an HRIS where I felt part of a great group and want to attend seminars and events put on by the software company.
