Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro across our entire organization. We have several integrations that allow us to push data to other systems, controlling the effect the data has on our employees and processes.

UltiPro allows us to automatically load employee records to our POS, allowing the employee to clock in and provide a great experience for our customers.

With this automation, we totally eliminate that area of data entry.
  • UltiPro is very configurable. This allows us to address any issues that we would like to automate or optimize.
  • UltiPro software is very logical and user-friendly. We have a large wide-ranging employee base, and it is suitable to all of our employees.
  • UltiPro is always developing new ideas and continuously implementing them. They even listen to customers and implement those most popular ideas.
  • The largest drawback for us is the cost of customization. While we always try to use the standard features, if we do need a customization, it can be costly.
  • There are times that customer service can be challenging. That being said, if you keep in contact with your representative and let them know your dissatisfaction, you will succeed in having a customer service contact assigned to your company.
  • Response time on issues can drag out. If that happens, I will escalate the issue to get resolution.

Since implementing UltiPro we have been able to house our HR and Payroll integrated items under one platform. This in turn makes reporting more efficient and accurate.

We also use UltiPro Payment Services to process our tax and wage attachment payments. This provides an simple solution for very complex tasks.


During our search for a new platform, we looked at a high amount of different products. None provided the ease and flexibility that UltiPro provided. We are very happy with our decision to implement UltiPro
Our business model is growth by acquisition. We have configured UltiPro to be very scaleable. Very easy for growth.

Yes - The mobile interface is very simple to use. UltiPro is also continually adding more functionality to the mobile app.
